Summer Conservation Camp at Andrews Farm

CCOYA and the Cameron County Conservation District held a 3-day conservation camp at the Andrews Farm. The camp was based on the Pennsylvania Game Commissions Explore Bowhunting Curriculum. The kids were exposed to numerous aspects of bowhunting from scouting via game cameras, Blind building, Blood trailing (using a mock blood trail), survival and compass using, etc. Thank you to Vince Hornung with Cameron County Search & Rescue for presenting, Emporium Vets Club, VFW Auxiliary Post 6221, and Andrews Family.
